Die Süssperlen offers worldwide shipping. It will take 2-4 working days to process your order, and all orders are shipped by Swiss Mail with tracking number from Zurich, Switzerland.
Due to popularity, some items may be in short but can be still available on backorder. In this case, it will take 1-2 weeks until they are packed and delivered to you.

We will do our best to try and track lost packages down for you, but we do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
