Thank you for shopping at Die Süssperlen

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

As soon as we receive your item, we will review it and inform you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original payment terms). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on the guidelines of your card issuer.
